Remote Sales & Onboarding Specialist
We're looking for motivated sales professionals who are comfortable speaking with business owners, following up with leads, running product demos, and helping new clients get onboarded successfully. This is a great fit for someone who is confident, proactive, tech-friendly, and excited about selling AI solutions to real businesses.

What You'll Do
- Respond to new inbound leads quickly
- Prospect and generate new leads through outreach
- Qualify business owners and decision-makers
- Run live demos of the Nicecall™ platform
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Help close new customers
- Guide new clients through onboarding
- Maintain notes and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Communicate feedback from prospects to the team
Who's a Great Fit
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable on phone and Zoom
- Confident speaking with business owners
- Sales experience preferred
- SaaS, software, marketing, or service sales experience is a plus
- Organized and self-managed
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new software quickly
- Hungry, persistent, and results-driven
This role is best for someone who enjoys performance-based compensation and wants unlimited upside.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Ideal candidates are self-driven, confident in their ability to generate results, and excited by performance-based income. Details on commission structure will be discussed with qualified applicants.
